Art is unique as it comes from within.
It appears in all forms, subjects and mediums.
Its goal is to express an emotion and to elicit a reaction. The subject matter, form and medium are all elements that work together towards this goal.
Modern Jewish art seeks to create art that speaks to the Jew in their modern homes and professional working environments.
Our modern Jewish art serves the avreich in kollel or the balei batim after they have left yeshiva and entered the working world but seek to keep their yeshivish connection strong.

Although the Torah stays in its original form throughout the generations, the Jews’ wondering and exposure in the diaspora makes unique demands in every generation. The need to integrate within society while preserving core Jewish values creates a dicotomy which demands creativity to address this dilemma.
Gedolim portraits have maintaned a consistent presence in Torah homes. The individual Rabbis have changed depending on the origins of the Jews and their wonderings.
Ben Zion art strives to offer a solution to bridge this gap of modernity with true core Torah values.
We seek to create a beautiful, suitable option to integrate the Jewish Gedolim, Chachamim and Rebbes into our Jewish homes in their integral forms and images. To enable and encourage the continuation of their mesorah and the chinuch of our Jewish children for generations.
