All parcels are shipped from Israel. Each piece is carefully wrapped and boxed. All prices include delivery by registered post (Approx: Israel 2-3 days, Europe 7-10 days, U.S. 10-14 days). All delivery times are estimates only. Ben Zion Fine Arts is not liable if the product is not delivered within this time frame. Your parcel must be signed for upon delivery, so please select an address for shipping where you will be during business hours. If there is no one available to sign for the parcel you may be delivered a note to pick up the parcel at your local mail office. Shipping to your address by registered airmail is included in the final displayed price.
We currently offer free shipping to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Holland, Israel, Italy, Switzerland, UK & USA
All portraits are individually hand-finished and minor scratches which do not detract from the visual effect of the portrait may occur. You must notify us by email email@example.com to receive a return number and shipping information before you return the item. Items returned without a returns number will not be processed. If the item is returned from outside Israel you must mark the parcel “Returned goods” so that it does not incur unnecessary delays at customs. You are responsible for arranging return shipping and insurance on the item. Upon our receipt of the returned damaged item you will be refunded return shipping costs and we will ship a replacement. In the event that major damage is found on receipt – you may return the portrait to us for replacement. Returns on full price merchandise must be made within 5 days of receipt. All products must be unused and undamaged, in original boxes and with all accessories to ensure a full credit. A return may be refused if it does not comply with this policy.
For orders outside Israel and the U.S. applicable duty and taxes may be imposed on your order that are not reflected in our prices. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay these fees to receive their shipment. Check with your local customs office for more information.
We are not responsible for delivery delays due to severe weather, natural disasters or strikes, and some carriers may experience delays during the holiday season. We are also not responsible for delivery delays caused by customs and/or border control issues.
