Stick to the good and positive – its our lifeline.
Especially in times of prolonged challenges like us Jews are experiencing right now.
Its really hard to keep your head up and not sink.
The impact on focusing on the good around us and actively being thankful is so much more massive than it sounds.
I love looking at my metal artworks of Israel, of the Kotel and Kever Rachel on my wall.
It makes me happy.
It makes me smile.
It makes me remember how thankful I am for having Israel.
It makes me feel calm with the clean modern design.
It makes me feel strong like the laser cut metal.
I am so grateful for everything I have
And I am strengthened to keep going.
In this prolonged time of challenge, its not an option, it’s a necessity to keep positive, to stop us falling in mental and physical anguish which can have both short and long term effects and can take a long time to get ourselves out from.
Its a small thing to do with big long term results.
What makes you happy?
What keeps you positive?
Write 10 things down now on a piece of paper.
You can do this.
